Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered to the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. After dispatch, transit normally takes 6–12 working days. The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is 7–15 working days. These are estimates; disruptions or customs checks may cause delays.

Tracking your order

Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information. See our Track your order page. If you have not received tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Delivery address and problems

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched. If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Charges

Standard shipping is free. Prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable taxes or additional charges collected by us are displayed before you confirm payment. We do not offer a paid express service.
