Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. After dispatch, transit normally takes 6–12 working days. The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is 7–15 working days. These are estimates; disruptions or customs checks may cause delays.
Tracking your order
Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking information. See our Track your order page. If you have not received tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Returns & exchanges
Your right to cancel
For online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your order. For an order delivered in separate parcels, this period starts when you receive the last item. Sale and promotional items have the same cancellation rights.
Tell us, then send the items back
Notify us at contact@edwardmayfair.co.uk, by post, or by another clear statement. You do not need prior authorisation to exercise your legal cancellation right. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back. Please retain proof of postage.

Product condition
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Missing packaging or labels does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Return postage and fees
For a change of mind, size or model, you choose the carrier and pay the direct return postage. The actual cost depends on your carrier and parcel; it is not a fixed fee. No restocking fee applies. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect because of an issue for which we are responsible, we cover the return costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds and exchanges
We issue your cancellation refund within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold it until we receive the returned items or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. We refund the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost. No store credit is imposed. The cost of standard outbound delivery is refunded where applicable; any extra amount for a more expensive delivery option you chose is excluded.
Direct exchanges are not offered. A return and refund are separate from any new order for a different size or model. See our Refund policy.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights are unaffected by the 14-day cancellation policy. Under applicable UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. A faulty item may qualify for the short-term right to reject within 30 days, or for repair, replacement or a refund as applicable. Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us investigate but do not determine whether you have statutory rights.
