Products and orders

Product descriptions, options, prices and availability are shown on the product page. Select your size and colour carefully and check your order before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund any payment for the unavailable items.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP). The total and any applicable charges are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If a clear pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund it.

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery to the United Kingdom. Processing takes 1–3 working days and transit normally takes 6–12 working days, giving an estimated total of 7–15 working days. See the Shipping policy. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Notify us within 14 days after receipt if you wish to cancel, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Change-of-mind return postage to our US address is paid by you. We cover return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods where we are responsible. No restocking fee applies and no store credit is imposed. Direct exchanges are not offered. Statutory rights and liability

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing excludes or limits liability which cannot legally be excluded, or restricts your mandatory statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for loss and damage for which we are legally liable.
